Room was nice. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom. Better than I expected after read all the reviews. They were on their game. Room didn't smell bad. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me is because of some loud humming noise in the middle of the night. Couldn't get any closer to the turnpike but didn't hear any road noise.
I would give this place 17 stars based on the staff and the way I slept alone. The room could really have been updated a lot more, however. At least the carpets. The pet rooms I'm saying. We pay a lot more, our pets tear things up, I get it. So invest in us, capiche?
Other than that, it was great. A dog or two barked their a s ses off all night, but I was so tired I still slept for almost 11 hours. I rarely sleep much at all. I guess that was my Christmas present.
Very nice people at the front desk. Accessible room was spacious. The only 2 issues we had were that the common area had a sunken living room/fireplace area that wasn't accessible (steps only) and their attached bar had 2 entrances, both had steps and no wheelchair ramp. The bartender didn't seem to care that I was not able to access his bar. I recommend the hotel but not the bar that's attached.
The staff were such sweethearts. It was a refreshing stop! Recommended 100%
Pretty large hotel just off the tollway with decent parking just make sure you in their parking lot and not in one of the neighboring hotel parking lots. Staff is very friendly. Hotel may have been a former smoking hotel as it did have an odor. Rooms do show evidence of age but is suitable for a night or two. Has a pool but was closed for maintenance during my stay.
We're here right now my wife my daughter and I really like the entrance and the lounge ms. Sandra gave us a very warm welcome that was truly a blessing great place to relax
