Have a good day, because you ruined mine.

If I could rate 0 I would. It takes alot for me to be this angry but here goes.

If somerset dental is intelligent enough to take constructive criticism, I'd recommend they close their doors and leave dental practice to someone who is a professional. Kinda like Dr. Marcinko.

I adore Dr. Palluck and her team! You can't find a better, kinder dental team in Las Vegas. Always on time, always friendly, always helpful!

Today was my first time at the somerset location and i couldnt of had a better expierence. The staff was able to accomodate my needs and so very friendly made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much!

Worst experience ever. My 4 year old was to have a cavity filled per the consultation. He came out and had 2 root canals, 2 crowns and 4 fillings. The dentist never came out to consult my wife on the additional procedures. The explanation I got was per the fine print, if they feel the need to do something during a procedure they will. Sounds like very bad business practice.

My first visit here I left feeling very self conscious about my teeth. The doctor cracked jokes at my expense, and made snide remarks to the nurses. But because my insurance isn't accepted by many practices I was made to return to have an abscess tooth taken care of. My first appointment I told them that I wasn't through my full antibiotic but they saw me any way. Well the infection wasn't down enough for the anesthetic to take effect (you think they'd anticipated that seeing how I was barely through my script and still swollen). So we rescheduled for a consultation with "Dr Speca" (a week and a half now with this abscess) I received a conformation voicemail the day before my appointment, in the middle of a snow storm. So I go in for my appointment after working a 12hr overnight shift to be told "ohh... we tried to call you. Dr Speca cancelled due to weather condition". Mind you the roads are 100% clear at this time. Never got a cancellation call or voicemail. I will continue to warn people this "office"

The office is clean and updated. As someone with dental anxiety, I appreciated the TV and massaging chair. My hygenist was extremely sweet and accommodating of my dental phobia. All was well until Dr. DiSanta came into the room. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder as soon as he came in. He was unpleasant and seemed bothered by having to come into the room. As positive as my experience was otherwise, I will never return.
