This is not a corporate store . Don't waste your time with young kids and poor customer service. They act like life long friends while they are selling you a phone ,but when you come back in a month they treat you like you have never met. Poor people skills and very unprofessional. I'm not saying go to Verizon , just don't go to this store.
Always have to wait, only one employee working every time we go in. But Stephen did a good job taking care everyone.
The lady that helped me was wonderful and very nice, hope to see her again.
AT&T, Kyocera SUCK. Pay $600-$800 for a phone that has factory defective charging port and can't charge after 3months. If I cancel, still want to charge me for another 19 months for phone. Kyocera hasn't sent new phone and has no record of contact, even though I have email from them . I'm ready to go off-line. I can live without cell phone, computer, internet,etc.
