I was very grateful to have someone help me on a cold and rainy night but their charges are deceptive. You get to pay $95 an hour while you are waiting for them to show up, just to add to your joy.

I have nothing but prayed for the staff hear everyone was very professional and catered to are every needs repairs were done in a timely manner, if anything we held them up. Thank you all from dispatchers that kept us informed as to repairs to wrecker staff to owner Joe that opened his doors to my questions about his operations hats off to you all well done. I broke down over on the mountain on 40. Called and they came and towed me in. Tow driver carried me to motel downtown so I'd be close to places to eat and the shop called and gave me bad news next day, I dropped a valve (I knew it wasn't gonna be good news) gave me a quote I approve the work. 5 days 4 nights my truck was ready.. yes my bill was more than originally quoted, but they called and I approved all added charges. As anyone can expect with a major engine repair, there's gonna be extra unseen things, that are only found once you get into a major motor repair. I also had a great stay in town, the motel owner was super nice and everyone I met in this town was super nice... could not have broken down in a better place being thousand plus miles from home.. My ole W900L runs better than when it was new..
3 stars because I did not like the fact that I was not allowed inside the shop. I don't care what the excuse is
